Sushi Yoohee has a small dining area however it is big on freshness, presentation and quality. Every Time I have visited I have always enjoyed my dining experience. The staff members are always welcoming and engaging, making sure that you have everything on the table.
The first thing I notice is that all the sushi dishes are beautifully presented. The attention to detail is something you would see in fine dining. My go to dishes are Karaage Chicken and the Cooked Box which includes cooked tuna and avocado roll (4pcs), chicken katsu and avocado nigiri (3pcs) and tempura prawn and avocado nigiri (3pcs). My favourite thing about the Cooked Box is that there are a few different elements to the dish, which allows you to try a variety of items from the menu.
Next time you're thinking of eating sushi for a meal, treat yourself to Sushi Yoohee located in The Spot at Randwick. You will not be disappointed.
