360 Dining @Sydney CBD

Are you looking for a spot to spend an evening or lunch time with your family? This amazing place has spectacular views from the CBD of Sydney plus great food. I recently visited the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I indulged in a 3 course meal with each meal getting better and better as they came out. Course one was a bite size serving of king salmon with fennel pollen and dill cream, a salmon croquette and cucumber. My second course was a slow cooked lamb neck, for some crunch there were a few chestnuts scattered around the plate. This dish came with a serving of roasted brussels sprouts, pumpkin and labneh. The final dish being the best - dessert. For dessert I had a banana mousse served with chocolate sorbet and milk chocolate ganache. I’m still thinking about that ice cream!

It was fun to watch the world go around whilst dining in this unique revolving restaurant. I would highly recommend putting on your must visit list.
