Frittata

Writer: Madison BoothMadison Booth

Hey! It's been a while... About 2 weeks ago I posted a photo of my homemade dinner on Instagram. I had a lot of comments requesting for the recipe.

So today I'm going to share with you all, my take on how to make a frittata. One thing I like about this recipe is that you can add pretty much anything you enjoy eating to make it meet your taste buds needs.

Here are the ingredients that I used:

Ham (shredded) 150g

Shredded cheese to top it off

5 Eggs

Milk (skim milk) ½ cup

1 whole Capsicum

Corn and Peas ½ cup (canned or frozen)

Goat cheese 75g

Here is how the make it:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan-forced

Step 2: Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and add your milk of choice

Step 3: Add the peas and corn, capsicum and goat cheese to the egg and milk mixture. For a bit of extra taste sprinkle some salt and pepper. Don’t forget to save some cheese to add the top.

Step 4: Place in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.

If you are still feeling hungry I would suggest that you serve this meal with a side of garlic bread or a simple salad.

Hope you try it out.
