Who here likes pancakes? Well I certainly do. On the weekend I visited a place known for their pancakes. Hale and Hearty sits in a location in Waterloo where many people walk by.
There were many tables available however it took a good 30 minutes for the food to come to our table, but it was worth the wait for the delicious pancakes. Mum and I ordered salted caramel pancakes which had vanilla ice cream, salted caramel sauce, popcorn and maple syrup. I thoroughly enjoyed this as it was not overly sweet. It was the perfect combination of sweetness and saltiness. Mum ordered the chocolate chip pancakes as she is a chocolate lover. She said that it was too chocolatey. This pancake was served with chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce and dairy milk chocolate milk buttons. What a chocolate overload!
