Did you see the words New York? Okay okay, calm down. Your not in New York sadly, I wish. Sovereign Hill is where all the gold mining was discovered in 1851. Sovereign Hill is an adventure park for guests to experience what life was like in that era. There are some pretty amazing things to see.
After walking around for a while we needed a little break. Along the way we found the New York Bakery. It tickled our fancy. I walked in and saw this delicious looking cookies and cream cheesecake. OMG I ate the whole slice, I enjoyed it that much I really wanted more. Every bite was exciting and included decent sized chunks of oreo cookie. Yum!
