The Aztec is a Mexican restaurant that is family friendly, relaxed and located on the Gold Coast, Australia. They offer nachos to burritos, enchiladas to quesadilla

I ordered the delicious nachos which are served on a bed of frijoles (fried beans) surrounded by triangles of toasted tortilla chips smothered with cheese, drenched with delicious salsa and garnished with shallots. You can add chicken or beef.
